About Me

Ron is a 12+ year veteran of the real estate industry and currently serves as Director of Training/Education and Technology with Restaino & Associates.

Shortly after 2005, he took his sales and marketing abilities and applied them to real estate. And, it didn't take long before he became a Top Producer.

In January 2007, only six-months into his real estate sales career, Ron became a member of the President's Club and awarded 'Rookie of the Year' for outstanding performance.

The next year, Ron was nationally recognized as a "Realtor on the Rise" by national real estate magazine RISMedia. This prestigious award featured him in an edition of the RISMedia National Real Estate Magazine as well as a spot on the front page of their online publication. (Source: RIS Media)

Ron has also been an integral part of the Internet Marketing community where he educates real estate agents on the wonders of online marketing and technology. He has given numerous presentations locally and nationally with a focus on technology applied to real estate sales. Topics ranging from how to effectively market online, to blogging, to social networking (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) as well as email marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO/PPC) for business management, growth and personal development skills. Best known for his down to earth, methodical and professional style, Ron teaches through a mix of video training, webinars, written guides, 1-on-1 coaching, workshops and seminars.

In addition to his role at Restaino & Associates, Ron continues to actively practice real estate sales with a focus on hyper-local community procurement.
